Why do you always want more
Or something else?

What is not good about your life
You've created thus far

Why, do you think the grass
is greener on the other side
of the porch

Take care of your own grass
And see how gracefully and abundantly
it will grow when you feed it with
water and fertile soil

Stop complaining about what is
wrong, or what you miss in life

Start living with and appreciating
what is right before your eyes

I promise you this, every sorrow
will disappear when you examine
it closely, you will come to the
conclusion it never really did exist.

It was all in the mind.

Once you understand that deeply and start living a simple life all the demons, all the fear will evaporate, leaving you a clean slate from where you can start to write your own Book of Life

I am pretty nervous about posting this, because I don't claim or pretend to be a 'channeler'.

At the same time, I deeply feel we are all channeling the force of creation and we have the ability to connect with everyone and everything in this whole world, and Universe.

All is energy in motion. We are the receivers and the senders.

When I was a little girl I used to dream that mons

When I was a little girl I used to dream that monsters would come to our village when it turned dark.

We had to hide in our house and close all doors. These monsters especially were after children, so me and my sister had to hide under our beds to make sure they did not find us.

One night I dreamed that somehow the monsters had found a way to enter our house and caught me from under my bed.

When I awoke, terrified and wet with sweat, I realized it was really only a dream and I was safe sleeping in my bed.

The 'monsters' we fear are aspects of our own mind.

We only encounter ourself, face ourself, fear ourself, fight ourself, and ultimately conquer ourself.

Like creating an account on this platform was a huge jump for me. I like to hide myself, in my own room I feel safe.

But I believe we live to learn and grow and for this, we have to face our fears.

For example, the fear to be in the spotlight, the fear to be truly seen.

Through our lifetimes on planet Earth we are faced with parts of ourselves we want to learn to love, but we also fear.

This lifetime truly is a learning curve.

We all have some nightmares we are trying to awaken from. While we may be tempted to run away, or hide, and replace one illusion for another, the only way to awaken from the nightmare is to heal.

To heal our fears, and turn back to love, where we meet our whole and true self.
